This policy explains when subscription payments can be refunded.
Subscription model
A2Z Tech Help currently offers a yearly subscription for digital access. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Refund eligibility
We may provide a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental double charge for the same purchase.
- Technical failure on our side where paid access was not provisioned and could not be restored in a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized payment, subject to verification.
General no-refund conditions
Because this is a digital subscription service, payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, except in eligible cases above.
Request window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the original charge date for fastest review.
How to request a refund
Email compliance@yourdomain.com with:
- Account email used for purchase
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund request
Processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated through Stripe. Final posting time depends on your bank/card provider and may take 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback, account access may be suspended while the payment dispute is under review.

We may update this policy over time. The version published on this page applies to new purchases from its effective date.
