Smart TV QR Code Not Scanning

A TV activation QR code may fail to scan because of screen glare, camera focus, distance, or network problems.

Step 1: Increase Screen Brightness

Increase the television brightness temporarily so the QR code is easier to read.

Step 2: Clean Your Phone Camera

Clean the smartphone camera lens and try scanning again.

Step 3: Adjust the Distance

Move your phone closer to or farther away from the TV until the QR code is recognized.

Step 4: Use the Manual Option

If available, use the activation code instead of the QR code.

Step 5: Generate a New Code

Return to the TV sign-in screen and generate another code.
